J.Williams perfect example of what hurts this team

It was a stupid play for sure but not the reason they lost. The reason they lost is once again the defense could not get off the field. It is as simple as that. The Giants controlled the ball and Dallas could not stop their offense. There are so many holes in this defense I don't know where to start. But if you believed the hype before seeing this team do anything, I tried to warn you.

The Giants embarrassed our coaching staff last night. Those little dink and dunk plays to the RB that basically took then the length of the field for a TD were such an embarrassment it should keep Jerry Jones away from the media for a month. It won't of course, but that was a schooling that should never have happened.

That stunt made me lose a ton of respect for this dude. One of the dumbest selfish acts ever.

I hate the taunting rules. These are grown men. You got beat and embarrassed? Get over it.

That said, rules are the rules and that was such a stupid play by Javonte.

I heard on the post game if Williams doesn’t go brain dead and cause a 48 yard extra point which gets missed if he simply scores goes to the bench Schottenheimer was going for 2 there ? Really why .
You always should go two down 14 because it gives you a chance to win the game.

The math is very clear on it

I don't recall him doing anything stupid like that last year. When you are exposed to a cupcake culture where your HC is most concerned about his relationship with players, I guess nobody is immune.

That was a tough one to watch play out. Javonte was probably our best player last night and then he does that. The worst part about it was we were still losing by a TD. I mean, was he happier that he scored a TD personally or that the team pulled within a TD knowing that we likely weren't still going to win. That was the tough part for me. It was such a "me me" moment in a spot where we still were clearly likely to lose.

its whats wrong with my team.
more thought and effort seem to go in to celebrations than executing assignments.

It was stupidly for sure especially in a game that they have been getting beat all night but we all knew it didn’t matter once that defense stepped back on the field.

I think what benefit Parcells brought was accountability, focus and actual experience as a HC.
After years of Gailey and Campo running the team along with Jerry's coddling, Parcells was one of the ideal guys to correct the course.
The team wasn't very talented overall, but they bought into his wants, and eeked 10 wins out of team that wen 5-11 3 years in a row.

Of course, I think his schemes were stuck in the 80's and 90's, which hurt a bit, but the "culture" he changed was big. If only there wasn't a fumbled snap in Seattle, what could of been.
Maybe he doesn't retire that season after that heartbreaking loss. Maybe we win a postseason game, and build on it etc...
Wish Romo got a few more years under his ability to ground players and don't let them get too big in the head.
Jerry needed a new stadium that’s the only reason why Parcells was brought in. He also knew Parcells would not be here long. That was the only chance this organization had any real shot but Parcells would have to been there a few more years.

The run game is mediocre at best. The frustration of getting manhandled showed up. This is what they are running the ball.

Agreed. We needed to look good so easier funding for the new stadium.
Just a shame on how it all ended.
