Jack Pardee

I don't know how I missed this, but Pardee was diagnosed with terminal cancer and is expected to live for another 6-9 months

I lived most of my life in Houston and respected what he had done during his career. Despite never rooting for the Oilers, this is still terrible news.

I'm from houston and remember Jack very well. He seemed like an humble good man. I hate to hear this.

He played and coached for the Commanders.

He was a member of the Commanders' first Super Bowl team.

Sorry to hear the news about him.
