Does he provide any insight into why we will go 8-8 or is he just following the rest of the non-knowing media idiots and throwing out a number?

I love how the media loves the Giants even though they sucked after they lost Plax and have no one who comes close to replacing him and a 1000 yard rusher in Ward to FA. Or how the mighty 9-6-1 Eagles improved so much by adding Peters (most sacks allowed in 08) and a rookie WR (Maclin), yet we are garbage because we lost TO, Tank Johnson, Pac Rat, RW38.

I guarantee if we had Belicheck or Cower as our coach everyone would be predicting us to go to the SB.

All I ever hear is how we are less talented than the other teams. I agree coaching is an issue, but most media folks I hear say we are far less talented than the other NFC East teams, they haven't talked coaching much.

If coaching is an issue then I guess Parcells sucks because we collapsed in Dec under him as well along with two playoff games.

I think that's the safe pick just about eveyone will go with. I can't blame them in a way. On the other side, I can see many 9-7, 10-6 predictions. However, I can't see any less than 8-8, then they have issues with that. Like a true hater.
