Jaguars interviewing Henderson

How could you look at how our secondary has performed since he got here and think, "I want that coach as our defensive coordinator?"

Funny you say that because Henderson has never felt like a fit. Just a necessary piece, because, well, he was under contract

He was a great fit for Ryan's defense. Ryan is the one who brought him in. When they switched to Kiffin's Tampa-2 it was nothing like Henderson had ever coached, but he is/was so highly regarded I think they expected he would transition easily. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work that way. There is no denying the guy has great ability and is highly coveted. The people who want to run him out of Dallas don't know there *** from their elbow.

There is a reason the Cowboys want to keep him and several teams have inquired about him.

What candidates are available to replace him?

Poor Campo, even giving the middle finger is a challenge for him. Yet for all his faults (being pantsed by players, Shamu lookalike, over his head as HC, etc.) he is a more qualified coach (any kind of coach) than Garrett.

And before him was Campo, and then Zimmer, etc, etc. Maybe we just suck at finding corners?

Everyone (including the corners) seems to do well once they leave. Might be an internal organization issue.

A 4-12 team won't have any coaching changes in the offseason. It just feels that they are blaming this past season on Romo and Dez injuries.

Maybe they really do like the coaching staff. Don't forget they got nothing from Dunbar, OScan, Gregory and Green this year.

I'm blaming it on 2 former QB's myself that need to be let go. ;)
