Jake Ferguson said he texted Dak after Sunday night’s game: “I’m with you til the wheels fall off.”

I think the fact that he felt as though he needed to tell Dak this shows that things in the locker room is going downhill.

Like why else would you tell someone you are with em if the walls aren’t closing in?
Maybe because he knows the one guy is taking all the heat in the locker room for pathetic performances by the entire team. Unlike fans, the players don't judge each other by their salaries. They know who can play and who works hard at it. It's fair for Dak to take the brunt of the blame because he played poorly the last 1.5 quarters and because that's the QBs job, but maybe Ferguson knows it's a team game and they all crapped the bed against SF. Only fans look at Dak when the team stinks it up and thinks he should lift the entire team to victory because of his salary. I know what Dak is and what he isn't; I only get frustrated with him when the team plays well enough to win but he doesn't, and there have been some playoff games like that. Against Arizona and SF this season, when the team plays that poorly, I don't expect Dak to be superman. Mahomes is the only superman at QB in the NFL in my opinion, and even he stinks it up sometimes, like against Denver.

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
When a player of this caliber and HOF bound (such as Ferguson) declares he is hitting the wall for Prescotto then it's settled the locker room supports Dakko 100%!!!!

Now what other fantasy tales do you have for us friend???? :muttley:

Locker room must be tense for Ferg to even say this.

Doesn't sound good to me.
I’ve been saying a locker room implosion is imminent with all the talk surrounding the players. Ceedee getting frustrated, this comment, Dak’s inept comments. It’s giving me 2020 vibes when Michael Bennett exploded in the locker room going off on the players. It’s coming. I’m not sure who will be the one to explode but the wheels have fallen off. All we’re waiting for is for the rims to scrape and burnout.

1) You love to see that from Fergy, and if you have him in your fantasy league, start him this week.

2) Does this mean some guys have jump off the Dak bus?

The wheels need an alignment. And snug up the lugnuts. It’s time to roll. Season is not over.

I’ve been a fan of this team a long time and I see it coming apart at the seams. The psyche of this locker room has to be fractured. Like Dak said…they know who they are…and it belongs in the second half of the NFL echelon.

I can’t imagine this team even making the playoffs.

Too many deficiencies.

That’s cute but he’ll play with whomever is put out there unless he wants to be on the bench.
