Jalen Cropper Elevated

yea, a bad year, we arent going anywhere, we arent scaring anyone, we arent competitive.

Do you need charts?
Lol, how are they not competitive at this point? What if they win tomorrow? They have a bunch of good players that will be coming back throughout the season and they could make a deal for Jeffrey Simmons. You really can't say at this point of the year.

The more I think about it, the more I think we blow out the Packers if Cropper actually plays.

Isn't Revel back by game 5?

yes i can.

you probably cant, or admit it. but again, 30 years of non competitive football is a lot of evidence. maybe not to you, im guessing you need at least 50. but trust me, anyone who studies something seriously and put effort into it can tell you straight up, the season is cooked. dont want to admit it, fine, just please dont be shocked when you are wrong for the 30th time. It gets depressing

I called for this move earlier this week, Moreno-Cropper adds more speed, quickness and separation to the receivers. Also, the offense needs a slot WR, Turp can't be the only slot. I just hope Dak has time and Cropper gets targets along with Flournoy.

The other part involving talk of sitting Houston. Hopefully the don't sit this guy and give Sam some bench time to figure how to do a rush move.

12 win seasons are competitive.

Something like that. Mingo is ready soon. Then we will be getting Overshown, Winfrey, Beebe, Lamb, and Booker. Did I leave anybody out? We will also be getting some fresh legs in the backfield soon.

They sure have a lot of players coming back to say they are cooked.

Houston inactive makes zero sense . He’s been the most consistent edge pressure they have and badly needed against Love & co . Cropper over Brooks not sure about that either .
Houston definitely should be playing, but Cropper is the better choice over Brooks because Cropper can get open early, is quicker and has burst to help him get separation, things Brooks doesn't have other than size.

I think Dallas has given up. They know this season is toast. The rebuild will be starting now.

I hope they target him . They dress Flournoy then throw one pass to him.

I suspect Cropper is about the return game as much as anything. Turpin has been banged up and teams are kicking away from him, and Tolbert has looked pathetic doing it.

This makes sense to me. Turpin is going to get more play now, with Lamb out. We need another Turpin-like player for when he gets tired. Brooks, Tolbert, Flournoy are all essentially the same type of receiver

This move certainly surprised me. I thought it would be Holden, but the coaches don't like him as much as the fans do. Cropper had a pretty good preseason.

But Cropper is small, 6' 172 lbs and I would be shocked is he is actually 6' tall. Holden is a bigger guy. 6'3" 205 lbs., and may be more useful in the running game and I do think the Cowboys need to run the football effectively to keep Green Bay's offense off the field.

Semi surprised it's Cropper over Jalen Brooks, but maybe that has to do with the specific route package they're hoping to replace with CeeDee out or that Cropper is more suited to play in the slot where CeeDee is vacating a lot of snaps. Either way, excited to see what he can bring to the table if anything.

Also, they didn't elevate Robert Rochell, meaning we'll have one less CB active this week vs. last week. They could go super deep on the d-line with Clowney now up, but my gut says Houston will be inactive and we'll see Jaydon Blue active for the first time tomorrow night.
