I have a 21 year old...and thank goodness he gets this...at some point it's not about "potential". You gotta make that practice turn into game-time success.

I have no doubt Tolbert will run the right route...the doubt is about #4's mental state in big games. I wish he got some psych help...truly.

Could be #4’s mental state in big games is because he knows they can’t run the ball and the defense can’t stop the run. If I was a QB in those conditions, I’d be freaked too. But no, you put all the blame on Dak. So naive.

Jalen Tolbert's progress is one of the few Cowboys' story lines I still have some enthusiasm for.

I feel like this guy is eventually going to take off-- a very natural receiver out there.
