Why would you even enter this thread if you feel that way lol? It just doesn't make sense.
What do you mean by "enter" this thread? If you mean "respond" to this thread, I did it because it's fools gold to hold any hope that Duk will elevate any of these trash receivers we have behind CeeDee....and that includes washed up Cooks.

QB's don't play against QB's, but go ahead and keep thinking they do.
Tell that to Peyton and Tom. Of course, they don't play directly against each other, but they do have to carry their teams when the D is not at its best or the running game stalls...in our cae, Dak needs someone to carry HIM.

In our case the run game stalls every game and when we play good teams we give up 175+ rushing yards.

We agree that it was football suicide to go into last year's season with Pollard as the lead back...particularly coming off an injury. But we disagree on WHY: I think it's because it's clear that Dak can't win without a strong running game...particularly in big pressure games when he starts choking and making erratic throws and decisions. They thought getting him a platoon of tight ends would help...but Dak throws perfect INTs on EASY THROWS...which lets you know he is choking because he avoids those for the most part his entire career. But NOT in big games. Even in the first GB game...he threw a pick on a WR screen!!!

So yeah Dak NEEDS. a running game...which makes paying him top dollar all the more tricksy.
