I know I know, he is getting up there in age and isn't what he use to be but for the right price he would be a valuable back up/sub player. Injuries do happen and I would rather have Collins stepping in vs a 5th or 6th round rookie. Collins and Lee would make some nice depth behind the starters....as I said, at the right price!

The price will be too high for a backup
He’s gonna get good money and a starting job
He just came off a good season

I am just going to cut and paste this on every single damn thread like this from now on.

The answer is no.

No offense to anyone, but please.

Just try to know how things work and figure it out.

Hes a stud but we dont need him, he wouldnt play unless an injury happened

You don't need Collins and Lee riding the bench. Having 1 really good backup is great but having 2 when we have bigger starting needs is crazy.

Intriguing but with Lee, Vander, and Jaylon I don't think he will get a lot of snaps and wouldnt be worth it for the money.

Released for not taking a paycut.

Doesn’t seem to be a good fit here behind Smith, LVE

Collins hasn’t been very good the past few seasons. Browns have a ton of cap space yet didn’t keep him. They took the easy dead money way out.

Depends on what he asking and how he can fit within this team scheme.

He’d be the 4th best LB on the team and wants too much money.

I'm not sure who the third linebacker you are referring to in that scenario, but it can't be Lee. The water boy is better than Lee at this point.

His release had nothing to do with him refusing a pay cut. The Browns did not even bring up a pay cut, they felt he was being paid too much and his play did not reflect his pay and he was released.
