I see a real scenario developing where Deion is the HC, Moore the oc and maybe Zim the DC. I'm not wanting Zim here but MAYBE Deion does.
Moore is the Eagles OC. What would compel the Eagles to release him from his contract to join the Cowboys?

I mean, Deion is eventually going to have to leave CU if he wants to do much better than he did this year. Even he can't out-recruit NIL dollars, which is all these now-professionals care about. And CU will never care about football as much as the blueblood schools.

That doesn't mean he will or should be an NFL coach, though.

It's a wrap...at this point, I'd be shocked if Deion isn't coaching here. He won't be here long but the standard 4-5 years under Jerry. Whatever happens in the NFL, Deion knows he can always get a good job in college and probably at a bigger/better program than Colorado.
Good point about the ability to go back to the college ranks.

I knew Dieon was going to use this cowboy coaching rumor as leverage in Colorado. Never occurred to me they would rebuff him. This just got a lot more interesting.

I can see Dieon as HC with Wittten pencilled in as the TE coach/ GM in training.
