If your comfortable with the bare minimum then say that. Is it that they won't sign an injured rattled Kupp nah, probably more like they sit and wait to be cheap and typically are rewarded in the same way. Cheap play

Kupp may not be the player he was but he can still help. Dallas has their go-to guy already in Lamb. Why not even try and see what Kupp is asking for?
