Someone is on crack. I've watched him throw the ball. His arm isn't Troy Aikman or Dan Marino, but it certainly isn't a weak noodle arm as you seem to imply.

He makes some pretty strong throws in this video

One of the criticisms of Romo was that he had a weak arm.

The only people that said Tony had a weak arm were people talking out of their ***. He doesn't have a rocket launcher, but his arm was certainly never weak.

I think when you are picking at 4 and have an older QB then you have to get you a QB
I prefer Wentz myself because I think he has more upside, but Goff is a good prospect
Either are going to get some time to learn and develope mentally and physically
To me the mistake would be waiting till you have to take a QB, to get your QB

A QB does not have to have a cannon for an arm to be good. In fact, quite a few "arm talents" fail as QBs because they lack touch and do not have it upstairs.

Weeden was a pretty good arm talent. Could not play.

Doesn't change the fact that his evaluation is waaay off...

Wow ... did you read many posts to come up with that line??? You obviously don't know my history but i've been on this board almost since it's inception and have made my own opinions since day one. Sometimes they are in line with other peoples and sometimes they aren't but they are always mine. Having said that my opinion is based on whatever highlights and tape I can find. It's sad that from his highlights I get the impression of a weak armed, inaccurate qb that more often than not takes the 5 yard dump off. If that somehow doesn't jibe with what you see then tuff. All I can say is if Browns go another direction and Goff is on the board Dallas would be foolish to pass on him, not unless someone is willing to make a big offer moving down to 4

Perception, sentiment, call it what you want. Fans should have zero bearing on personnel decisions.

Fans with complain of they dont like the pick until the pick contributes. Then all is forgotten

If we draft a QB, alot of the people buy his jersey of he throws 30 TDs in a season will be the same guys that didnt wanta QB
