When the team at the top calls you go. And there is plenty of time for other trips before the deaft

What does longer visits mean? Isn't Wednesday the last day to do national visits? Does this mean he canceled his workouts with teams? If so that probably is a sign he's been told he's the pick. If he's still working out for teams he's probably not been told hes the guy. Whoever they tell is the pick, their agent is almost assuredly going to stop any and all workouts to assure that guy doesn't get injured.

He likely decided his time was better spent elsewhere but I'm of the opinion that there's value in meeting and talking to people in the business. Never know what the future holds.

You're likely right. It would seem tiring to me though, taking all these trips, working out for teams. You may need just an offseason to recuperate.
