The Cowboys opponents are now rushing for less than 3 yards per carry at 2.93, which will probably put them tops in the NFL with the most stingy run defense in the league.

Come get your crow "FA Bust" proclaimers .... get it while its hot.

That's one mean stat...now Fergy and CO get a real test vs Tiki.

Go get 'em, Ferg!!

I didn't think Ferguson was a problem last year. I know that Jason admitted that he didn't play as well as he wanted to last season, but he was still a solid anchor who held his own.

This season, I think he's not only held his own, but he's actually been more of a force. He's consistently owned the middle of the line of scrimmage, and he's getting quite a bit of penetration.

I have a hunch that some people just didn't like him because he was coming in and taking Glover's spot. Others wanted someone who would get them 5 sacks a year. Ferguson has been a positive addition to this team though - this year and last.

...was terrible last year and the run stats prove it. We all know he was banged up, and that BP's problem for not working around that.

He was a disappointment and a bad deal in 2005. This year is a new year and he seems relatively healthy and it shows in his play and our run stats.

The harder our middle three play the better we can protect the edges with our LBs. The more the LBs get drawn to the center to cover for the nose the more problems we will see on option and misdirection. Simple as that.

who have we played? ask yourself that then you know why the numbers are low

Every back is pretty good in the NFL. Holding an NFL back under 3 ypc, thats good. Period.

Yeah, it looks like we batted 2 for 3 on that 30 million dollar day. Wish we could have gone 3-3 but Rivera is just nothing to write home about.

2-3 in Free Agency is pretty good if you ask me.
