Strolling the leagues message boards......

Oakland.........fans want him, We already know Garrett wants nothing to do with them

Buffalo...........Besides a few, very little interest. Not sure if the FO would be interested either.

Houston..........surprisingly not one mention of Garrett. Most efforts seems to focus on the defensive side of the ball.

Jaguars.......interestingly, this a team that it's fan base seems to be getting hot on Garrett fast with questions surround Del Rio.

Titans.....noticed his name mentioned a few times if Fisher leaves for USC or any other reason yet most are not thrilled with the idea.

Bears.....not a single mention if Lovie does not return which is surprising to me.

Tampa.......all they want is a defensive coach, not a word of Garrett.

Slow your roll tito. Jason isn't off the hook quite yet. He called a good game though.

We'll see how your Saints do in the playoffs this year. My guess is they end up playing something like they did the last three weeks.

I'm not surprised Texans fans aren't talking about him seeing how their owner already said Kubiak is coming back for next season.

Yep, he's gonna be a hot name come the offseason. I hope we are able to keep him, but I don't know how that's gonna work out.

Don't forget Dallas. Dallas suddenly wants him again, too, now that he's miraculously remembered how to gameplan again.

4 weeks in a row now.

He decided to become deceptive.

Same for Lovie.

Supposedly Buffalo likes Russ Grimm, who would be a great hire.

So out of all those teams on the list... Seems like only one or two are even an option.

We could lose Garrett. Hopefully, Jerry gives him stupid money to keep him here.

Not so much deceptive, he is playing to the strengths of this team... A lot of power-blocking... working the short-game more and less shot-gun..

Aren't we already giving him stupid money to keep him here?

Actually we used shotgun on almost 50% of our plays in the first half, buliding a 27-7 lead. We used it far less in the 2nd half as we turned to the running game to ice the win.

IE, just what a good game plan should be: pass to build the lead (with gashing runs in between), and run to ice the game (with play action to keep the defense honest).

Teams have been off balance and have no idea where we are going to attack them from.

Looks like he also listened to the Cowboys fans who have been yelling all year to throw more screens.

Yeah but Garrett is family and he knows this is eventually his job.

He isn't leaving. Nobody will give him a better job than us and nobody will treat him better either.

These last four games, we have been using shot-gun a lot less.... When the offense was faltering, we reached shot-gun sometimes upto 70 percent... plus, Garrett is getting the ball quicker out of Romo's hands, especially in blitzing situations, unlike prior... our blocking is more power-oriented and that is why we see the OL just mauling guys..

WHen I think of deceptive, I think more of trick plays... Off-balance is a much better word, and I agree... We are using a lot of play-action now and taking advantage of the fact that teams can't ignore out run game... I remember the stat that said our team is number one in rushing on 1st down, averaging 6 yards a carry...

And it isn't just the screens, but just getting the ball out early to counteract the pressure on Romo...
