Jason Garrett... The hot name again

Let's face it...

The problem of this team has been coaching... The talent and personnel has always been there and now this team is getting an identity and the team is clicking on all different levels at the same time...

It's beautiful...

These last four games, we have been using shot-gun a lot less.... When the offense was faltering, we reached shot-gun sometimes upto 70 percent... plus, Garrett is getting the ball quicker out of Romo's hands, especially in blitzing situations, unlike prior... our blocking is more power-oriented and that is why we see the OL just mauling guys..

You're just making stuff up right now that you think sounds plausible.

Actually no... You can even read the Decoding Garrett threads... These are points that were emphasized... Against the Saints, we ran it a whole lot less in the first half... even Dan Reeves pointed out that we were more successful in our power-running schemes.. Even Michael Irvin mentioned that it was the San Diego game and watching Norv Turner that the Cowboys offense actually turned it's season around...

I guess if Garrett gets the Bills job Owens will be on his way to Oakland.

Who else would take him?

I completely disagree. It is obvious that the problem was the players who have finally matured or been removed. Brooking has brought a new attitude to the defense and Romo is leading this offense.

Immature players in past years led to failures on the field!

Garrett is not going anywhere. He is the heir apparent. And the coaching staff is winning. When it stops winning there will be a change. I'm looking to see both HCs back next year. What is Jerry going to do to make the defense better if he fires Wade? The answer is a step backwards.

I agree the players have stepped it up. Spencer has made a difference. Also the team has played better since Hamlin returned which surprised me some.

Garrett is clearly improved in this stretch so the coaching is better, too.

It's either coaching or execution. And the coaching hasn't changed but the execution has. Not too hard to figure out what's what.

Garrett is next Sean Payton...some team will get lucky. The question now for Dallas is who is our next offensive coordinator.

I selfishly want Garrett to say. Wade won't coach forever. I hope we experience the ultimate success under Wade and I hope Garrett sticks around. He will be seasoned and ready when Wade steps down.

I dont see Garrett going anywhere, Jerry has already promised him the job and is paying him head coach money as it is.

Besides with the possibility of a strike or lock out in 2011 if a new CBA is not agreed to, most teams are not going to make coaching changes ths year. I think it was Adam Sheefler saying that on ESPN the other day.

We could lose Garrett. Hopefully, Jerry gives him stupid money to keep him here.

He already did. Three mil to be exact.
