I agree the Cowboys need to be able to run the ball. I go right behind Zack Martin's block with Zeke and see if he can't spring free a few times.

Go ahead and run the ball more if Pollard is getting half the carries.

Probably about as intelligent as his thoughts when he was here, not very.

Yea but his point of establishing a run game isn't imo.
The way I took his comments was that dallas needs to control the clock and possessions and when they do pass the receivers need to make some plays after the catch. Passing 50+ times I doubt gets a w this time either.
I'm not on the zeke wagon but he's still a good back. Want to see more Pollard this year integrated in the playbook.

red ball just cant change....he deep down wanted to re-live early 90's Cowboys....NFL changed....i wonder if we had 1992 Cowboys how we do in this era?.....Aikman might open it up more and he had the horses

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm: Thank god he’s gone

After 9 years of coaching he never learned a thing. All he wants to do is hand off to Zeke up the middle on 1st and 2nd down, and throw to Witten on 3rd, only to come up a yard or two short.

We may hate on Kellen Moore as a playcaller. But he is miles better than Garrett ever was.

Well, we did hang with them last year by pretty much conceding we weren't going to run on them, so I can't say we'll do better by playing to their strength. I'm not for abandoning the run ... at least not before seeing how the two-back approach works. If we're hammering into a wall, though, we don't need to keep pounding on it hoping that it will eventually crumble.

Not sure what's so controversial about what he said.

Both teams have olines with question marks. The last thing you want to do unless you avsolutely have to is pass 58 times a game especially with a raw rookie LT.

It's a pregame discussion on NBC sports not some Sturm breakdown article.
I thought I was the only one....what did he say that was wrong lol?
