I actually like his approach. He is forcing himself accountable to others by showing them how he is being accountable. It can see it motivating himself and others. I can dig it.

I remember the media always asking Hatcher who the leaders where on this team and him always saying he was not sure.........well I think he has turned into one of them.

Yup, I remember that too. And he was right, he couldn't name them because they don't have any. Looks like he is stepping up as one though.

A little diet tip.. Eliminate dairy product from your diet and see how fast you slim down. They are horrible for you body.

Hatcher is IMO sending out an irresponsible and untrue tweet. Total nonsense.

Why? dairy products are not for everyone, and in his case it might help. Maybe he became a vegan?

Hatch caught a lot of heat last year for his leadership comment, but I like that he's followed up his comment (just or not) buy actually putting work in and become a more vocal leader.

Aside from the calcium, lots of health benefits from the conjugated linoleic acid in cow's milk (in 1% or higher). I usually drink soy milk though which is fortified with most of the stuff you find in cow's milk.

Greef leafy vegetables have more calcium than milk, like cooked spinach, for example. Meat and Eggs can provide CLA. The human body was designed to function on meet and veggies. We have only been eating crap like dairy and grain for a small percentage of our time on Earth.
