This would be a great signing. He’s actually an upgrade over even Tyron. Tyron is completely broken down don’t care if he’s 8 years younger. Peters is also a much better run blocker at this point.

Tyler Smith has a bum ankle and there is 0 way the team will put that kid on an island with a bad wheel. Peters is being brought in to start at LT at least early on. Then may become the Swing later as Tyler gets healthy enuff 2 start at LT. But will we sign him? Guys like Peters that are still playing at a high level at age 40 STAY IN SHAPE. They have to be disciplined 2 play that long. Dude can roll out of bed in the morning right now and start, and is better than anyone we have at tackle, or guard, except Martin. He will not be going to the practice squad. That is just wrong.

not suddenly they've had list and had to work hard getting the rosters cut down 50 moves and more moves being made and now they can set up visits like this..its nothing to do with TS73 ankle, ZERO there were already talks week ago with other teams about their tackles.. for vet swing tackle for depth, there's no hurry, knowing jerry they will bring one or two in but most likely after game 2 to not have to guarantees these contracts IE why would they most of the older aged and available tackles are not exactly in their prime and will cost more.
