Wonder if anyone recognized Jason driving up to AT&T! :lmao2:

On whether or not Peters can adjust in or even quickly adjust into the offense...that always depends upon two things with a new man.

1.How much top shelf talent is really on that unit.

2.How lazy a coaching staff actually is. How well and far their instruction carries the added player, leadership.

A team that had Oakland's talent when a Super Bowl team and the 1990 Cowboys, can match up with the very top teams.

A team such as New England's Bellichick, where every body on the field knew everything that every body else on the field was doing. Three days with the team and that player could play. Anybody on the field could tell him what to do on any play. They integrated very quickly. With a coaching staff that could handle instructional leadership, Palmer would have little transitional problems with the Cowboys.

Think that either conditions are met?

Nope, I don't and think that Jerry is still attempting to fly his super jet and no where still a pilot at the controls.

Stephen blesses his money vault every evening at the end of the day...

Regardless of why he’s ahead of him, McGovern was terrible last season. Connor Williams was benched during the season and McGovern was given an opportunity and the team went back to Williams. Tyler Smith hasn’t looked bad but there’s been some issues with his foot movement according to Broaddus. As for Peters we’ll see how he plays if he’s signed. He can’t be very good if he’s available at this stage. The fact that he’s being considered shows the Cowboys are desperate. It’s not like there’s a lot of options out there.

to be fair, MCGov needs more snaps.

he hasn’t played a lot.

I’ll take the word of multiple guys who breakdown film over a guy who has “watched a lot of eagles games”

Lol not going to argue that, I’m also not going to defend these owners who can’t seem to make positive acquisitions either. Howie gets a 7th and 4th for a bust receiver, we get a 5th for a pro bowler receiver and now lack talent at that position.

Only reason that looks lopsided is we had to find somebody to eat Coopers contract. We took less to completely rid ourselves of his contact.

Had we took a higher pick (they had offers) we were on the hook for partially paying his bloated salary.

He hasn’t played a lot because he hasn’t been any good. Your first round pick should be getting the most reps.

Chicago left Peters walk too.

Chicago didn’t “let” Peters walk. Peters didn’t attempt to re-sign with them because he wanted to go to a team that would be competitive. Btw he was their highest graded lineman BY FAR last year lol
