Coming in at right tackle against Houston. This was probably the best signing of the season for the Cowboys. In my opinion , he was brilliant on the final drive. He should definitely get the game ball.

Might have to contend with Rush for that one (and we initially put him on our practice squad). We're out of the playoff hunt if the backup QB had been incompetent. Bunch of moves this offseason turned out to be the right call. That hasn't been the case for this team and its strategy, but it appears to at least be somewhat effective this year. We'll see how effective when the playoffs roll around.

If Josh Ball can’t claim the job full time with Steele down and is certainly not trusted at LT on the other side then I say goodbye in 2023. What’s the point move on you have Waletzco coming back from shoulder surgery .

With T Smith 77 and Peters ah yeah an offensive tackle in next yrs draft certainly in order , hopefully before a round that’s so late Norm Hitzges is in retirement.

Someone posted film breakdown of Ball. Actually good against the run.
Split RT between Ball and Peters.

If Tyron is ready for a full game, we're good.
Yeh we just can’t have Peters in for pass and Ball in for run. A opposing defense will pick up on that. Bad enough they know most of our plays anyways.

Mark Sanchez will have that figured out by second quarter and will clue us in on it .

But I always thought they intended on taking Cooper Rush back

that was BALL... no moving that many Linemen., just move 77 to LT, 73 make the swing and rotate peters and ball at RT.. if we stash 73 until the payoffs that will be great, got top keep one healthy. McGovern fine at LG...
In Disney, only watched part of the fourth quarter took someone else’s word for that I should’ve known better

Yes, he did. But have to realize that 1. He played college ball at Marshall, not Alabama or Ohio State, etc., so he's not had experience playing top teams, and 2. He missed all his rookie year with an injury, so he's essentially a rookie.

Seriously doubt Dallas had him as a ready to go backup, he's a project. Can't expect too much from him just yet...

He's BRUTAL....not even a JAG, just a body. Guy sucks.

Downs generally are the *option* of run/pass, or pass only.
Much easier to pass block on the run/pass downs. Defenses can't just tee off.
If it's a pass down, we're just being stupid by having Ball in.
There are some downsides in having to swap players in and out, but it's doable.

I suppose it’s doable especially if Dak is changing plays at the line.

His sideline/locker room presence has been obvious if you watch the "sounds of the sidelines" segments

I like how he gets out there and supports everyone on offense, defense, special teams. He really is a TEAM leader out there.

And from what I've read, he's been very unselfish about helping the younger guys.
