Remember now it's just preseason. thats all i have heard this year so far when my Cowboys play terrible. i hate the Skins as much as anyone.

And yet, once again, here you are, defending them... how utterly predictable...

You don't think that ANYBODY in here really believes you're a Cowboys fan, do you?? You hate everything they do, and you stick up for the Skins at every opportunity...

You might be stupid, but you shouldn't assume that we are...

I thought I was going to die. That would be a great sig pic for someone if it was re-seized. Or a caption this thread.

You should "give" it to one of our resident Skins fans...

the best quote from ES was that Campbell had a 60% completion percentage and averaged 6.5 yards per pass :lmao:

like a 6.5 YPA was some kind of positive

fortunately a fellow Commander fan set him straight that that was pretty poor a couple of posts later, so I have to give credit

His YPA was actually 3.9... it was his yards per COMPLETION that was 6.5... he was 6 of 10 for 39 yards, do the math...

And on the preseason, his YPA is 5.7... last season, that would have tied him for 32nd among QBs with enough attempts to qualify, with the immortal Cleo Lemon... only KC's Brodie Croyle would have ranked worse...

It seems that all Jason can do these days is dump the ball off... a lot of times, it looks like he's not even TRYING to look downfield...

There is a thread at ES suggesting that Carolina tried harder, and gameplanned, and thats why they won.

Ahh, JZ talked all week about how the Foreskins were gonna gameplan this game and treat it like a regular season game. They came up with a embarrassing 47-3 arse whuppin and their starters were flatou MANHANDLED all game long....:lmao2:

There are unconfirmed reports that several of the Panthers' defensive line waited outside the Skins' locker room and sacked Jason Campbell again on his way to the team bus...

:lmao2: Did he still have the ball in his hands?

News on Taylor:

TAYLOR SPRAINS KNEE

Posted by Mike Florio on August 23, 2008, 11:06 p.m.
Commanders defensive end Jason Taylor went down with a knee injury on Saturday night against the Panthers.
According to Adam Schefter of NFL Network, Taylor suffered no ligament damage. He was examined by Dr. James Andrews, who happened to be at the game.
Taylor reportedly screamed in pain after getting caught in a pile up. He walked off the field on his own, but he put little pressure on his right leg.

If Taylor needs major reconstructive surgery, he's done for. He's too old to spend a year, year and a half getting himself back to the field. Quite frankly, I don't even know if he has the heart for a grueling rehab assignment. His whole game is based around speed, and he had already lost a step. He can't afford to lose another without becoming a mediocre player.

That flushing sound you hear is another Commanders 2nd round draft pick swirling down the toilet.

This is BS, he may have examined him at the game but without a MRI it's all a guessing game. I bet he's done for a long time, that was a ugly hit. His knee was bent badly while his foot stayed planted in the turf.

That sounds more like wishful thinking on the 4skins part. Why would they report that is BS if no MRI has been done. Can you say Medidiots.

Oh no doubt, the injury was real ugly. The guy could barely get off the field then he layed on the traing table in bigtime pain. It's more the a sprain, I wouldn't be suprised if he's done for the year....

Its a good thing he did all that dancing. Probably saved his knee with all that flexibility. :D

The bad thing - he signed with the Commanders.
