Jason Witten watch

exactly. Dan Campbell was a position coach for years and spent a few games as interim head coach.
He is also about 180-degree different personality wise. They were both tight ends who played for the Cowboys, that is about the extent of the similarities.

I made a post yesterday stating that I want the head coach of Notre Dame to be the Dallas Cowboys coach Marcus Freeman.

However, if that’s not possible, I think we all should listen to what Jerry said a few months ago about Jason Witten …

Jerry Jones, former owner of the Dallas Cowboys, has praised Jason Witten and said he could become a top NFL coach:

  • Understanding of football: Jones said Witten is sophisticated and understands the nuances of football.

  • Work ethic: Jones said Witten has an extraordinary work ethic.

  • Physicality: Jones said Witten understands the physical and mental aspects of being physical.

  • Comparison to Dan Campbell: Jones said Witten reminds him of Dan Campbell, the head coach in Detroit.

  • Potential to be a great coach: Jones believes Witten could become a great NFL coach.

  • NFL coaching in Witten's future: Jones said he sees NFL coaching in Witten's future "without a question".
I think this is our next head coach.
Apparently others think so, too.
But, I am not sure Witten is ready to be a NFL head coach.
And I don't think he will get along with Prescott.

I'd take Witt over Moore, at least he is a dude that means business.

Moore would be Garret all over again, buddy-buddy with the QB on Mavs games.

Jason Witten = Dan Campbell is exactly the kind of crazy logic that JJ puts in his pipe and smokes on a regular basis.

I would be laughing if I wasn’t terrified that we will likely be reading about Witt coming in for an interview later this week.

And I love Witt.

It's over! Clueless Witten-due to experience. Jason Garrett 2.0-Kellen Moore or another puppet. Get ready for 40 years and counting

How did that Jeff Saturday straight out of High School coaching work for Indy?

The man with only High School coaching experience ?
That would make no sense.
So..... that's what we will probably do...

Even Al Davis at the end would not make such a crazy hire....

Hey, he won in the NFL. I mean it was only one win, and it was over 8 games as a head coach, but he won in the NFL. Why the hate?

High school coach. Great  Maybe Witten can bring some of his student-players aboard:p

"Jerry said..."

"Jones beleives....."

Are there any opinions coming from those with actual NFL expertise and evaluation skills?

Might as well start off with, "The roulette wheel stopped on......:"

If Jerry were to do something like this over Ben Johnson (who he supposedly won't hire due to lack of HC experience)...I just... I can't even articulate the words or acts of violence I'd want to commit.
That pretty much guarantees Jason Witten is the next head coach:lmao:

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Just when you think he can't get any worse...
