Jaylon Smith is beast'N

Me too. If this guy is the player before injury, look out. No way the Cowboys have this guy on the team if he wasn't injured. This is why I have always liked this risk. Don't judge him by last year, he was still the walking wounded. See what he does this year. I know it's only pre season but he is already noticeable and I'm not even looking for him.

physical stuff aside, what im really hyped about is the increased swagger he was bringing yesterday
Lee was being aggressive and Jaylon was matching it
couple of days ago Lee gets knocked down and he goes after Schultz

then yesterday he starts the skirmish after popping the TE
happens around 7:50
this defense needs swagger (obv have to back it up too) so yeah

Jatylon and Gregory are really surprising story's this season.

so Marinelli is finaly getting some tampa type LBs that can move and cover and most of all some that are all interchangeable should injurys happen.. Lee, Smtigh LVE all can move and cover when needed or get to the QB and tackle pretty well.lee the best tackler JS needs some work and lve not sure hes rook..

I was in the camp last year that it was irresponsible of the coaching staff to have Jaylon on the field. He was such a liability to the team that it was baffling the amount of responsibility the coaching staff thrust on him so early on.

This is very encouraging. I don't believe that spin move was something that was possible last year while he was still wearing the brace and not 100%. He absolutely does appear to be moving differently. I try to take preseason hype with a grain of salt, but I have to admit I'm excited about the way he's moving.

Agreed. But Jaylon was a matter of whether or not he healed. I had already written Gregory off, but was never against his return if he cleaned it up. I was just not confident. I was never in the "dump him now" camp.
