If you look back at all NFL great defenses, they ALL had one them in common, unity. In other words, they played damn good as a team, hiding average players and/or covering each other's mistakes. We aren't seeing that with D. We're seeing a few individual players making plays here and there. How often you see 4-5-6 guys swarming to the ball? Don't get me wrong, I agree Jaylon and DLaw HAVE TO PLAY better but maybe what we're seeing is their TRUE CEILING, not what we saw during the contract year.
