I'm happy for him, but there's a huge difference. It was obvious that Jaylon either didn't put in the study time in the film room and didn't work hard to improve his game or he just couldn't understand it. How many times did he run himself out of position and have to run and chase a runner from behind? No instincts, all athleticism. When his athleticism faded he couldn't hide that either he didn't care about learning his craft or couldn't learn his craft.

With Sean Lee, his body just gave out on him but it was obvious that he was always working on his craft and studying. He was focused on football and not his brand when he was supposed to.

It's unfortunate what happened to Jaylon with his knee. He did fantastic given his injury but it was clear he just wasn't good enough (or didn't care enough) to retain. Good for him for finding another team, but as a LB he's kind of a joke. He proved that with two teams already this season.
My point has been made, and I'd guess you wouldn't be able to surmise.

As for Jaylon......"It was obvious that Jaylon either didn't put in the study time"......where'd you come up with that? (Dumb jock)

As for SLee......"but it was obvious that he was always working on his craft and studying"......where'd you come up with that? (Smart to make up for athleticism)

But no response about LVE.

Deep thinking baby, deep thinking. This is gonna shake the leaves, for sure. And I'm good with that.

They'll cut him before Christmas.

The "hate" for Smith, which some of you can't seem to understand, is
simply inflicted by Smith himself.

^^^ This. He's not a bad guy. It's just that it's TOUGH to have a skill level high enough for the NFL. Injuries robbed him of abilities, despite his working hard to rehab. I wish the guy well in whatever he pursues whether it's in football or not.
I generally agree with your sentiment, but I think people resent him because he acts like such a tough guy on the field yet went out of his way to not apply forceful contact with the opposition.
He was more auditioning to Dancing With The Stars than trying to make a real tackle.

Just watch that guy.
I've never seen so much happy feet on the football field and it's play after play after play and then the ole... guy's going past him.

He’s only good enough to make the Giants practice squad. Safe to say this is the last gasp of his NFL career.
They signed him just to gather any intelligence they can from his time here.
