If he wanted someone that would tell him the truth, I'd be great. No one here would like me very much because I'd advise him not to play until he is 100% healthy and doesn't need a brace of any kind. I hope I'm wrong but my gut tells me that if he plays with the brace, he is closer to being out of the NFL than he is to having a long career. I just think the stresses put on his knee will not allow him to stay healthy. Think about what an NFL LBer goes through in a game. How many violent collisions and pile ups are they involved in during a game. In each one of those, extra stress will be put on his knee as it absorbs the twists and turns that his foot won't be able to. Like I said, I hope I'm wrong but I don't think that knee will hold up very long.
