Twitter: Jaylon to Green bay

I just heard on the radio that he actually DOES have offset language in his contract so anything the Packers pay him comes off the books for the Cowboys..

I imagine location was a factor
Sort of back in his neck of the woods. Jaylon born, raised, and starred in HS football in Ft. Wayne IN.
Probably was a GB fan over IND, DET, CHI.
Just over an hour flight time from there to Green Bay; drive time 6 hours.
AND......the Packers have been in the NFC title game the last two postseasons.

So if he wants to stick it to Dallas he can sign a low offer yes?
So to screw us he will take vet minimum

I suppose he could but Jaylon and his agent have to know that his best chance for long term success post playing career is to maintain his association and relationship with Jerry and the Cowboys. So intentionally sticking to Dallas would seem like a self destructive move.

Imagine practicing at the Star and playing at AT&T Stadium to all of a sudden pulling up to that dump. I don’t care how “historic” it is, it’s historic because it’s old as hell.

Dude went from presidential suite to motel 6

I'm hoping this locker room is strong and his release might upset some, but they know the deal and it's onwards and upwards for the team moving forward.
I think he was causing issues in locker room complaining about playing time. Or other players watching the film and thinking why the hell is this guy getting so many reps. Love and respect Jaylon but he surely knows he’s at best the 4th or 5th best LB on the team which is why he saw his playing time decrease.

I wish Philly signed him…that fanbase would be brutal on him. LVE should be traded to the eagles if he wants to see a brutal fanbase…lol

You could be right.
I'm in no position to dispute.

I can't help but wonder how long he'll last in Green Bay, once they see what they're getting -- I doubt I'm the only one, too! ;)

If he's fortunate enough to last as long there as he has here, more power to him and may he remain there as long as possible.

guess we will soon find out if he is healthy, or just not giving it his all here since the contract signing
