The problem with your statement is that even if dak did all of those things it wouldn't matter he still wouldn't get a pass because he plays for America's team.

This is not true, Dak has been given plenty of leeway. He's in year 8 and still hasn't elevated his game. Allen played like crap against the Jets and deserves to hear it but he also has had some success in the playoff (against good QBs).

When you look at it.... they've both achieved about the same things.

They're both regular season QBs who can't get by the juggernaut.... Mahomes and San Francisco. Still, Dak has never had 4 TOs before.

Until people realize beating teams like KC and San Francisco is extremely extremely difficult, we're gonna keep having this same tiring conversation again and again.

Championship teams win the big ones. Pretenders lose them. So far the boys are only pretenders.

Though even SF are pretenders as well; just at a slightly higher level. Getting past them would certainly be a step but it won't mean a SB.
