And to think some in the media think/thought he's on JJ's short list of HC's

So much for Jeff "I ain't never won nuttin" Fisher.

10 wins
13 losses
1 Tie

This probably isnt the time to be taunting other HC's. Maybe if Garrett actually accomplished something might be a better time.

I won't run and hide. I really wanted this guy as a head coach. I still think he is excellent, but have to admit he is having a tougher time righting the ship in STL than I ever expected.

He started out with much less talent with the Rams than he would have had in Dallas. He is a few games from bring .500. Garrett has been .500 with more talent these last few years.

Fisher in a landslide over RJ

Let's not even talk about if the rams win this game...

If the rams win they will have 1 less win than the cowboys in the last 24 games and the same number of losses.

They have Sam Bradford at QB...at least until tonight.

Hahahahaha. What a silly thread

To say Fisher is better than Garrett is obvious.

But... Fisher didn't get anything done with titans. He ain't getting it done with Rams.

Everyone makes excuses about what he had/has to work with.
He average to good. Nothing more.

how do you get anything done with the titans when the owner says "no you will start vince young". fisher has always had less talent every season than JG has had for years now.

He should have been able to use Young for his strengths. He couldn't ... Didn't... Wasn't able to.

LOL and you would rather have Garrett who will go 8-8 for ever with a team with 5 times the talent? Give us Fisher and we are a top 5 team day 1.

I think Fisher is at the point that even if you give him talent he won't know what the hell to do with it.

He's been baby proofing his teams for so long it's become part of him.

You think RJ would have done better with the Rams? No chance.

At the very minimum Fisher managed the clock perfectly and put his team in a position to win that game last night.

Didn't Garrett do the same thing on Sunday? 6 point lead with under a minute and the other team has no time outs and 80 yards to go.. that is a pretty good spot to put your team in. We can go back and forth on the last 2 series but in the end, the fact is the team was in a great spot to win, and the players blew it. To say other wise is just foolish.
