Jeff Fisher 10-13-1 after tonight

Didn't Garrett do the same thing on Sunday? 6 point lead with under a minute and the other team has no time outs and 80 yards to go.. that is a pretty good spot to put your team in. We can go back and forth on the last 2 series but in the end, the fact is the team was in a great spot to win, and the players blew it. To say other wise is just foolish.

Very reasonable post.

He should have been able to use Young for his strengths. He couldn't ... Didn't... Wasn't able to.
I'm no big Fisher fan but he went 30-17 or something with VY at qb. The same VY that nobody wants.

You think RJ would have done better with the Rams? No chance.

At the very minimum Fisher managed the clock perfectly and put his team in a position to win that game last night.

Ok, i'll bite.

Who the hell is RJ?

I don't know if the other team's timeout situation has anything to do with JG.

yes and no.
Can't refute the fact that we were up by 10 and in position to win.
However, once you get that lead you know the one man you cannot have beat you is CJ. You need to put two man (like gunner on punts) to prevent him from going down the field and make big plays. As the head coach you need to TELL you DC to DO IT! Especially CJ has already 200 yds on your D in the 1st 3 Q. And rest of recieving core hasn't done much. In addition, time management has always been an issue with RJ. We won't beat a deadhorse here.

He had the right game plan for tonight (something we rarely see in Dallas). His players simply failed to execute and his kicker missed a huge kick. Talent wise, the Rams are no where near the Cowboys

While I agree and understand that no one wants him but VY win most if those games using his legs and improvising.

Isn't that Fisher using his strengths? It's not like he asked VY to do the same things Kerry Collins did.

No QB and has to play 2 games against Seattle and 2 games against San Francisco each year.

Give him a QB and a put him in the powderpuff division and he's probably a good bit better than .500
