Good luck IN Pittsburg next week with homefield on the line Fisher. How can a coach that good be so damn stupid?

Haynesworth is actually a pretty nice guy. That was out of character for him. Not excusing it at all. He lost it there but he's a good character guy.

Didn't Haynesworth have a run in with a team mate a couple of years before the Gurode incident?

It was a mistake. Things happen. I hardly would call him a stupid coach or anything like that. Unless you people happen to know of a coach who never made a single bad decision in their entire careers. If you know of any I'd sure like to know who they are.

Wind was a factor in the game and very much so at the time of the play. Fisher manned-up and took the blame for the loss, saying he should've chosen to play into the wind in the third rather than the fourth. One could question whether it made sense to let Collins air it out when he'd played poorly all day, rather than looking to dump to Chris Johnson in space. The key injuries to their defense could hurt them down the stretch- their coach will not. He's solid.

Was wind a factor in the decision for the FGA?

I don't see how you can link his decision on the FGA with Haynesworth's injury - completely unrelated.

In spite of some smart*** remarks to your question...the answer is YES...according to Fisher and the NFL network.

He was kicking on the end of the stadium that was so damaged during the hurricane and remained open. They say the wind kept knocking the ball down on that end.

Having said that---he absoultey still should have tried the FG with Bironis.

The Titans also made a big mistake not giving C Johnson the rock more. He had 65 yards on just 13 carries. Instead they kept throwing it with Collins really stuggling.

Rob was 4-5 yards short in warmups from 50 yards kicking that direction. Fisher said he would do the same thing over again. He also said Justin hesitated on the line of scrimmage and it was a timing pass so he wasn't as far down the field as he should have been. That was almost a touchdown.

He is the coach of a 12-2 team and has held his position for over 14 years. Umm yeah, I think I trust his judgement.
