I'd guess it will be for at least this year. Vick will be available for Week 3, and "knows" the playbook. Kolb looked pretty average when he came in, maybe even worse than that.

McNabb, Vick, Kolb, and now Garcia. No Super Bowl QB there.

Guess they could sign Dilfer.
