Jeff Heath sucks. The bad he has done totally outweighs any good.

Be that as it may, he 100% balled out today, and I appreciate that.

NO Jones sucks.. Heath has more big plays than Jones and has played 75% less than Jones. I'd cut Jones' a#$ after that ridiculous 30 yard pass. Jones was in a great place to knock that ball away if he had ANY clue what was going on on the field.

He seems to have the best ball skills out of all of our DBs. How many times have we seen our DBs drop balls that's thrown right at them?

The INT he got today was a very athletic play.

Not to mention the other INT he should have had on a play that got called back

If some other guys played as well as Heath did yesterday the Cowboys would be hosting the Falcons next Sunday.

He is the only safety on this team with a nose for the ball. I took this guy for a total scrub, but the guy can make interceptions.

Church and Jones just don't have that instinct you need to create turnovers. The last awesome play on the ball I can remember is when Church jumped a route against Eli Manning, and then subsequently got injured for the season. Jones, well, his only interception is on a hail mary. Not exactly a ball-hawk.
Great game yesterday, at least.
Total highlight interception. And had another called back. Strong game in general.

Jones needs to step up to probowl level in my opinion. He has all the tools to be great, now in his third year coming up, he needs to put it together and just dominate. Heath is a beast yesterday, if he can somehow turn out to be a guy with a nose for the ball, our tandem of Heath/Jones/Wilcox & Church or another guy we bring in could be solid. So yeah, Heath looked very good.

Church is the type of player you let walk at this stage. Solid player but we need more.

my biggest complaint of Heath.
he normally takes out the other player when he gets such a clear shot as he did against rodgers.
what happened?

That 2nd INT might've won the game had it not been negated by a penalty that had no impact on the result of the play.

Absolutely gut wrenching.

i like Heath. He hits hard ( ask Lockette and Jordon ) and he has some ball skills, plays special teams, and doesn't cause any problems. He's alright

Heath is the type of player this defense needs if it wants to be great. Might not be the best in coverage but the closest thing to a playmaker on the back end. More than Wilcox/Church whiffing on tackles and Byron Jones just running around the field like he's preparing for a marathon.

We need game-changers. He pretty much almost had three of them yesterday. If he had gone for Rodgers' arms on the sack, the fumble was there.

I been a Heath hater. But every since 2015 I see Heath value on this team. Last night he help spark our come back. I doubt he would have blew his coverage by allowibg Cook to make that catch. Heath can be beat but hardly do I see him out of place or giving up on plays.

Formerly with doubt, but JHeath has my vote to be a part of this team's future. He balled, and always brings the wood. Great game from Heath.

I disagree wholeheartedly. What bad has he done? Has his bad plays really been any worse than Byron Jones's? Because Heath had made a hack of a lot more plays than Jones ever has. Jones is the classic wait-and-tackle coverage guy. It's frustrating. He never contests balls. He's not a football player. Heath is.

In actuality, Heath is one of the better players on our team, whether its special teams or making plays in spot duty. I'd like to see him compete with Byron Jones next offseason .

Megatron pretty much _________ him in front of the whole world for starters..... really?

We just went one and done, I have no appreciation for anyone right now other than for Dak and Zeke who showed up all season despite a few rookie bumps. It's those two players that led to the regular season we had.

Lol as opposed to Jared Cook _______ Byron Jones. That's much more impressive.

Jeff Heath was an UDFA rookie and he's outplayed Jones when he's been on the field.

Next.
