Stop it. We were doing it last year, especially in the beginning of the year until I assume McCarthy pulled the plug on it.
I know they were to an extent and a lot of interceptions happened because Dak is not good at zone coverage or quick(multiple) reads.

Dak seems like a smart dude, and being 8 years in the league, shouldnt he be like "man these routes suck against this defense/pressure, im gonna call my own plays that i think will work" like romo did when garrett was calling the worst offense known to man. Not sure if the leash is super tight or dak just sticks to the gameplan too much.
From what I remember, romo was great in hurry up situations when he was calling the plays on the fly. He was also great when a play would break down and he had to make something happen.

These are 2 things Prescott is really bad at

I know most of us are all up in our feelings right now and understandably so, but I have never heard, or read a quote from any coach anywhere stating they would rather not work under Jerry Jones.
Unless I'm wrong on that front, which could definitely be the case, this kind of statement is just us fans projecting our disgust.

I've made the argument many times over. There is more demand than supply. Besides that if you win in Dallas the stakes are immeasurably higher. Few coaches are going to walk away from that opportunity.

LIsten to Jeff Saturdays comments about Dallas. He blames McCarthy's play calling as a big issue being out dated. They were talking about
the high scoring teams being innovative like WR moving, in motion creating problems for the opposing defense. Dallas is too predictable
and McCarthy's offense is part of the blame. It's great when your playing lesser teams but the San Frans, Miami's it want work.
So basically what has been said for years. The more things change the more they stay the same. What are the two constants though??

Dak can't run those offenses. That's why McCarthy simplified everything. The Farve and Rodgers plays are off the table.

They were discussing the high powered offenses right now like SF, Miami and etc. are using more motion, WR moving and stuff
the MM system is more basic and doesn't use this but me personally I think its a combo of the system and Dak had already
reaches his ceiling and my feelings are Dak declined some after coming back from the foot injury. Even when he runs his speed
is down and movement skills.

Everyone plays football today like kids were playing Madden 15 years ago.

Motion, mobile QBs, defer on coin toss.

Now these kids are just running their Madden offenses in the nfl.

The way McCarthy run this offense says a lot about what he thinks about his QB.

They traded for Lance with Rush on the roster and they simplified the offense to try and ask less of Dak.

Don’t listen to what the Organization is saying look at what they’re actually doing. It tells you what they think of Dak.

The one "innovative play" we've seen this season was devised by the special teams coach.

There were places to go with the ball and Dak wasn’t going to those places with the ball.

Stop blaming the offense when the offense gave him options to make plays.

How about make your reads and throw to open men.
Have to say, I didn’t see a lot of open receivers.

Was that playcalling or execution or just want to by the receivers, I don’t know.

The offense was leaps and bounds better when Dak came back last year.

Do you think the new scheme makes Rush a better choice this season?
If Dak continues to 3 and out and ints yes go to Rush

yeah i watched the ALL22 and he had wide open WR / TE. the Vaulted OLINE did not protect well IMO. Secondly Dak just missed people. its like he's not used to reading the field and knowing where teh WR/TE are going, and thats to be expected in a new Offense. I really think we have to give them this year and next to see if this turns around, after that you can drop mike and Dak and move on. Only problem is Daks contract next year is nuts and needs to be extended and im thinking based on his play the other night that talk has to stop

A couple of analysts on NFL Network were talking about the Cowboys offense being too vanilla too. I never thought I would miss Kellen Moore this much after last year, but it just goes to show no matter how bad things may seem, it can always get worse.

There can be problems with more than one person.
