Don't support this team until change. Don't go to games, merch, watch on TV. Stop giving Jerry the attention.

Tbf, I don't really buy merch. As for the games, I don't live in Dallas. Plus, if Dallas fans stopped turning up, Jerry likely still fills his pockets with other teams' fans. I do enjoy watching on TV, and I'll always support the Cowboys. Even though they haven't really given me anything to cheer about, they're still the team I support.

With these two in charge does it even matter???? We're screwed for the foreseeable future. Maybe guys in their 30.s-40's might live long enough to see a change and a Super Bowl. But 50 on up??? Good Luck

Well, I am 31, but, who knows if it'll even be worth it if the NFL goes to flag football?

Jerry and Stephen are the reason we are eliminated. No, not for the the reasons you think, although they are valid and can be included. No, where the real problem is that their attitude for the team in the offseason and during the trade deadline is the problem. Their "we like our guys" attitude will not win us a SB. You cannot win a SB on draft picks alone. You must have quality free agents being brought in.

Think about the weaknesses that we knew going into this season that we had. We had questions about our running game and questions about our LB group. You know who didn't have those questions? Jerry and Stephen! How do I know this? Because they didn't use free agency to fix these glaring issues, and, wouldn't you know it, when we played teams that require you to run it on them and stop the run, we got blown out. Safeties are not linebackers! Linebackers are not safeties! Get that through your thick heads, Stephen and Jerry!

Also, I'm irritated because, when you look at the current contenders, they didn't just sit back and like their guys. When they saw a problem, they found ways to fix it. They were proactive. The Cowboys may as well have kept their HQ at Valley Ranch in Irving if they're going to be this inactive in free agency. There were players to be had. Yet, when free agency started, Jerry just wanted to be in his yacht. If he wants to be on his yacht so badly, then why not sell the team, move to Key West, and be yacht brothers with Jimmy? We need FO people who are proactive when they see a problem that literally everyone is aware that we have.

I'm going to be very careful in how I articulate this. Jerry made decisions a few years ago that may have had lasting affects on free agency signings. Guys, he may have unknowingly or knowingly turned off certain players with things he said and did. Players (humans) remember. Think about it for a minute and you'll know where I'm going with this.

Lebron used to be a Cowboys fan and other players were watching.

A good business person hides their personal opinions and feelings and keeps them private. Jerry didn't, and I feel that big time free agents want nothing to do with him. These are just my personal opinions and I've not heard anything or read anything, these are my gut feelings.

My suggestion is for Jerry to do something to bring his popularity with certain players back together.

We had two players recently that chose to go other places other than here, when in the past, people would be falling all over themselves to come here. All owners can pay the same financially, so it's up to players to chose what team they like or feel comfortable with, or feel they have the best chance to win at. I'll leave it at that.

Let’s be honest, if you’re a vet who has made his money and really wants to round off a career with an SB ring do you choose Dallas?
Players know Dallas’s recent ( and not so recent) history too.
