Jerry apologizes to the fans, says MM is coming back

He's not sorry enough to consider changing how he operates the team.

That’s the ultimate problem. We don’t have a front office that gets how to build a championship roster. They draft pretty well and the team does pretty well developing its talent. But this FO is terrible at evaluating its talent.

Because the owner “loves” the players he drafts like they’re his kids. He doesn’t have to win to keep his job like 30 other NFL GMs. He doesn’t answer to anyone, He can blame and scapegoat others. He doesn’t have to change anything after another disappointing end to a season. He can go 1-16 and he makes BILLIONS every year.

There are plenty of reasons why this team has not advanced past the divisional round for 28 straight years. We are 0 for 7 since ‘95. But the biggest reason sits in the owners box. He doesn’t know HOW to win in the playoffs. It’s not even arguable. The results speak for themselves.

The statistics say it all: Dak is terrible under pressure. How is this on the OC? Somehow, we managed to reign in Cooper Rush but it's on Moore for the almighty Dak being turnover prone and what happened against the 49ers? LOL

So the coach gets kudos for success but the OC doesn't? Not a huge KM fan but his biggest weakness is his QB.

QB may be the case, but he also doesn't understand the importance of RB screens, quick slants, or keys to the run game. That's on McCarthy too for not demanding it.

But jerry loves it cause his pet project KM will eventually get an opportunity. So he's fine with having MM just stay where he is.

Ever since Dallas won with Garrett as HC, he believes it’s ultimately the coordinators that matter. Jerry had to let go of Garrett because he couldn’t sell him anymore. The fact he Moore has complete control of the offense, even though that’s MMs speciality. MM staff has been pretty good overall.

In Dallas, it’s about the coordinators.

We saw the Quinn story play out in Atlanta, I'm not sure he's the answer either. He may be one of those coaches that's a great defensive coordinator.

Meh I'll disagree. the game changed on that 2nd and 2 before half. not only did we throw, we went empty set. At the very least you make the 49ers use another timeout if you run another play. Just by running the ball there once your guaranteeing the 49ers don't score.

Horrible clock management, just horrible. Yeah dak made a poor throw but he shouldn't have even been throwing in the first place.

I hope Moore does go elsewhere and then the next OC comes in and you will see how much worse it can get and how no OC will help Dak. Dak has hit his ceiling.

This game wasn't on Moore. He had some nice calls. Dak just didn't execute.
