Jerry may be avoiding having to answer any q’s about his upcoming jury trial in August with a woman who has accused him of forcibly kissing her at a team function in 2021.

I have no idea if he’s guilty or innocent - put another way, he’s innocent until proven guilty. But he’s going to have to testify in public court under oath. Which puts him in the spotlight and unable to get out of it. I guess they could still settle out of court.

JJ has tried to get it tossed and it went all the way to Texas Supreme Court who ruled the trial will be allowed.

Have no idea if this has any influence on Jerry’s avoidance of public appearances right now but the last time I remember him avoiding all cameras an notebooks was in 2014, right after all those embarrassing photos emerged with him and a couple of strippers.

JJ doesn’t want to answer for the stupidity of last year.

His feelings got hurt by all the criticism, so now he is sulking in a corner “doing important football things” and hoping people just move on and forget that cluster-cuss of a season.

My guess is that he will resurface after a couple low key FA signings to hype them up as “amazing additions” and then the sales job will go into full force following the draft.

All the attention will be on the future. JJ won’t have time to answer for his incompetent decision making and failures
