Lol. Not in a million years would that happenTo the eagles?
Lol. Not in a million years would that happenTo the eagles?
I'll slap him for you...More importantly..
I think Jerry the GM is acting like a concerned GM.
He deserves a back slap for this statement.
Plus cant trade a player you have no rights too.[/QUOTE
Actually, how does it work? We tagged him but he didn't sign it. What does that mean in this scenario? I know you guys know.
He may not want to play for cowboys, doesnt anyone get that?Well it could be DLAW has already decided he wants off this team, and doesnt want to be traded.
He may just wait it out and become FA and then get shoulder fixed, and then sign with another team of his choosing.
He has millions left over from last year and a year off might be what he wants.
To me this seems like he doesnt want to play this year, and he wants to get away from the jones boys, far away!
Like I said in another post, players are usually offended by the first tag. It rarely works out with that player later
signed by team that tagged him.
He may be asking for what he knows they wont pay, and keep the injury thing going, so maybe they wont tag him while he is hurt.
I dont think any player has been tagged while he was hurt and cant play.
So not fixing the shoulder could help him avoid the tag and get away from jones boys!
And he's a method actor...Two moments stand out. When he's demonstrating the kill spots on the pig and tapping the blade on his eye. Don't want to meet him in the back alley.
I wonder if he just winds up getting released. The whole situation sucks. I'd trade him if we could but no one is going to do that without the shoulder situation being resolved. Would have to take pennies on the dollar for a good player. I don't like players holding the franchise hostage.
That's one awful quote job. Sorry people.
How's the team's circus freak gimp doing for you, Dr. Goob?Exactly. Only a melvin would not consider that. The only way Lawrence gets back to 100% is with surgery. Rest and rehab may be fine for you and me but not for a professional athlete.
? Eithher they pay him 120% of the de franchise tag or he walks right? I don’t see a discount there if tank doesn’t want it.He’a saying that if Tank continues this game of delaying his shoulder surgery it will cost him in terms of what he gets. You expect him to be out there from day one if you’re paying him top dollar. Otherwise there’s a discount for time expected to be missed.
Damn you. I was expecting more. Like Cowboys hating stuff. I'm trying to hate but you're not making it easy. It's all good brother. Just football right?I wonder if he just winds up getting released.
It seems like he wants out?Well DLaw is not exactly making smart decision here. I mean, with a $100 million dollar contract on the line why is he refusing to have surgery on his arm?
If he was smart, he would have had surgery the day after the Ram's loss. But no, he apparently thinks walking into Jerry's office with one working arm and asking for $100 million is the better option.
Like I said, he is not exactly making smart business decisions right now.
Lol. Just a dude who loves football.Damn you. I was expecting more. Like Cowboys hating stuff. I'm trying to hate but you're not making it easy. It's all good brother. Just football right?
OK, the wife is seriously wondering what is wrong with me at this point. Please stop. LOL.It's alright, dude. We know you're practicing at being bilingual. Jerry-speak is hard to learn and requires copious amounts of Johnny Walker Blue. That'll mess with anyone's quoting ability.
Can totally appreciate that.Peace all around.Lol. Just a dude who loves football.
