Sign him. Get him with your training staff and with the strength and conditioning staff. That way you can have eyes on how his rehab is progressing.

Then check on Suh and his asking price and what type of shape he is in. In a rotation, I bet he can still be effective against the run and get some pressure on QBs up the middle.

lol. Jerry never bring in player he does not want a ring "We like our guys", go after a player " Jerry is stupid and going after a player. lol this sight it too funny. I don't know what Dallas will do but I do know OBJ had a positive impact on the rams last season but people here will blast Jones if he does and blast him when he doesn't. Really funny crap

Oh lord. The last thing Dak needs is a diva WR who he will feel obligated to get the ball too.

I think that angle is overplayed frankly. This is 29 year old Dak not 23 year old rookie Dak.. and it's also 30 year old (somewhat) more mature OBJ not 25 year old hothead OBJ. He had issues in Cleveland because the QB sucked.. He had issues with NY.. well because the QB sucked.. He was fine in L.A. because the QB was pretty good and the team was great. He would be fine in Dallas because the QB is pretty good and the team, while not there yet, has the potential to be great. He also knows that if he balls out for Dallas down the stretch and in the playoffs he will go into next season with the "name your price tool" in his hand.

“We may or may not get something done as far as adding at WR but, if we don’t, I like where we are.”

- Jerry Jones on OBJ interest

Talk about wanting to have it both ways.

“If we sign him? We’re great! If we don’t sign him? We’re still great!”

Hear that sheep?!?! Those are your marching orders.

With GB and LAR basically falling out of contention, coupled with Buffalo now dealing with a potential setback, it’s almost like it’s lining up for Dallas to be the most logical destination for him. People can talk about his past immaturity, but all I know is he was a difference maker when the stakes were highest throughout the playoffs and scored a TD in the Super Bowl which is more than you can say about any of the guys currently on the roster. Worst case is it doesn’t work and we end up repeating the same history that we’ve become accustomed to over the last 25+ years…not really a hard decision for me personally

I wouldn't put it past Jones to try to hype up a potential OBJ signing with the media AFTER he signs with another team. He'll just fold it into some blathering nonsense about gnats and glory.
