Hell, if I didn't know better, I would say we have already made an offer and OBJ testing the water for a better offer. This is as close to recruiting as you'll see (lol).
I bet some of the ex players are also recruiting him like Irvin and Dez. Remember, who Dez was working out with him last yr if I remember.

I tend to think this is the route as well.

I will believe it when i see it.
I agree and honestly I think that’s the best option
Gallup looks to be getting back to form and OBJ WAS an impactful reciever but isn’t anymore

I'm not a big fan of signing this guy but if they're going to do it, then do it already. Get him off the market. As the playoffs approach his price tag will just go up as more teams look to add one more weapon to the roster. Think San Fran, Minnesota, Eagles, Buffalo, Ravens all won't be involved in trying to get him? Also, if you get him sooner he has more time to study the playbook and maybe actually be ready to contribute when he's healthy.

The best thing about bringing him in here is ......NO DRAFT CAPITAL......bring him in it will only make us better .....we have money ....

Like I mentioned above, I'm not a huge fan of the guy, but after typing out what I wrote about the other teams, I now feel it's almost more important to sign him just to block the others from getting him.

He couldn't carry Amari Cooper's jock strap at this point in his career. I wouldn't take him.

If he'd take a minimum contract for the playoffs only, I would. He's a short fuse, can't depend on him for more than 2-3 games...

Oh lord. The last thing Dak needs is a diva WR who he will feel obligated to get the ball too.
I want a WR that wants the ball, I mean the inverse is you have a guy that doesn't care if he gets the ball. Michael Irvin was a Diva WR, I am sure Harper wanted the ball and went about claiming it his own way back in the day.

That definitely won't happen. Like I mentioned above, he will have multiple teams after his services for a playoff run.

I think that angle is overplayed frankly. This is 29 year old Dak not 23 year old rookie Dak.. and it's also 30 year old (somewhat) more mature OBJ not 25 year old hothead OBJ. He had issues in Cleveland because the QB sucked.. He had issues with NY.. well because the QB sucked.. He was fine in L.A. because the QB was pretty good and the team was great. He would be fine in Dallas because the QB is pretty good and the team, while not there yet, has the potential to be great. He also knows that if he balls out for Dallas down the stretch and in the playoffs he will go into next season with the "name your price tool" in his hand.
...Ronnie, your input is always refreshing. Good angles how you use info. ;)..
