I'm going to be blunt here.

"Jerry shut up!"

The team is in the middle of a dog fight without their starting QB. We have some seriously tough games here, and we don't need your noise.

Leave the comments to the medical staff and throw your hat in with the rest of the team and the effort they are putting in to win games now.

All of Cowboys mgmt and coaching staff should get off the medical prognosticating. That is not the most important thing and the earlier they all learn this the better the culture will be.

Focus on the stuff that matters to winning this week's football game. If the media wants to dwell on Dak they can to waste their time and make up their stories, but you don't have to oblige them.

Winning games makes your franchise more valuable, not more quotes in the press.

It’s so gross. It’s all based on money from advertising. Dak is the face of the franchise. Jerry loses money if another qb not named Dak succeeds this season. The Jones’s threw in the marketing dollars on the Dak brand, and they don’t get the return if he’s not behind center. Plain and simple. Follow the money.

I am going to argue that if Dallas wins games he can make it rain all he wants with a winner in Big D.

When the Cowboys win more wannabes jump on the bandwagon. When Cowboys win more haters hate even more, and pump up the ratings as teams want to see us lose.

Winning is the ultimate cure for everything in Cowboys world and hopefully everyone in the organization can figure that out and dedicate themselves to it.

He had a terrible game against the bucs. Him coming back a little early maybe a good thing. When he can grip the ball then he can throw it. They said he is basically just waiting for the swelling to go down and wound to heal, then he can start throwing the ball. If he comes back a little early maybe they will want to take pressure off of him and run the ball more..

Imagine Rush beating the Giants and Commanders, Dak comes back in LA and they lose. It won't matter who they played, the natives will be restless.

But if Dak comes back and beats the Commanders, even if it's ugly, Jerry can go on the radio and talk about it for a week before the Rams game.

absolute worst case scenario. for all parties. would much rather see rush against the Rams to really gauge him, and would much rather have dak rested/healed w/out playing that defense. feels like romo rushing back from collarbone against carolina all over again.

Because Dak is much better than Cooper. Nothing against Rush
I was watching Allen and Diggs last night and if it wasn’t for the helmet you would swear it was Dak, Jerry is right there’s no difference Dak is just like a top 2 or 3 QB. Get back soon so we can enjoy some more of that Dak elite play.

So, you are the DC in his first game back, and especially if he comes back early, how are you going to handle your pass rush? I am putting as many helmets and D players hands around him as I can muster. I am making that one busy pocket.

Problem is there was nothing wrong with his hand for 3.5 quarters.

First of all it he’s still in a cast as seen on the sideline last week. Secondly, they have no clue what’s going to happen as far as grip etc yet.

LOL.

If you are going to say something make it factual. Dak was horrible from game 7 of last season onwards. Before that Dak was playing very well. Like top 5 well. After the Pats game he fell off completely though.

If you are going to trash talk at least be accurate.
You would think after last season we would have learned our lesson. Dak got injured and came back less than 100% and his play suffered. This year Dr. Genius Jones is rushing him back. He comes back and he's not 100% then his play will suffer. He broke his throwing hand. Jerry, let him heal. If we can tread water and remain competitive in the division while he's gone then let him get healthy.

I'm not a fan of Dak and I'd rather move on to a new QB next season but I'm disgusted with Jerry. Jerry failed him massively. Jerry didn't make good moves to give him a supporting cast and he got injured. Now he's rushing him back and if he doesn't play well it could mess up his confidence.

you can argue that point all you want. The Cowboys brand will always make money. Don’t think for a second that the Jones’s didn’t spend money on the Dak brand.

Like I said. He had a terrible game. He did not look comfortable. Not sure why. Maybe not confident in his WR. JJ stuck him with a not as talented WR corps this season. Of course the year we have a seemingly real good Defense we have WR talent around Dak.

Didn't you see him play against SF in the playoffs and against TB in game 1? What confidence? He played scared.

Exactly. He's going to be more scared if he's not healthy. I don't see any reason to bring him back. But bringing him back early is just plain stupid. Go back and read my post. I would like him gone next season. My point is this is a massive fail again on Jerry's part.
