Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on @1053thefan: "I have a lot of faith in these players. I have a lot of faith in this coaching staff. ... We'll have some players coming back (from injury) that will play critical roles for us. We ought to get better. Seventeen-game season, lets get this thing turned around and have a storybook ending to a rough start."
If that story is 1984, yes.Storybook ending incoming.

Looks like Jerry got the station manager’s attention who then had a stern word to these guys. Too bad, they went from heroes to zeros in record time.I'm surprised that the 105.3 The Coward guys could get through that interview without peeing down their legs in fear for their jobs.
I would have lost my job the first interview because I would have told Jerry to go to hell for threatening me, then kicked him off the show. If my management gave me any crap over it I would quit on the spot. Nobody is talking to me like that, billionaire or not.Looks like Jerry got the station manager’s attention who then had a stern word to these guys. I was honestly just about to comment on that.Looks like Jerry got the station manager’s attention who then had a stern word to these guys. Too bad, they went from heroes to zeros in record time.

It honestly can’t be easy to choose between journalistic integrity and and a vindictive old man billionaire with a chip on his shoulder who won’t hesitate to attempt ruin your career.I would have lost my job the first interview because I would have told Jerry to go to hell for threatening me, then kicked him off the show. If my management gave me any crap over it I would quit on the spot. Nobody is talking to me like that, billionaire or not.
I think the publicity, and from being a local hero, would land me a job at The Ticket. Too bad they suck too, and are boring, but at least they aren't cowards.
