Cowboys owner Jerry Jones on @1053thefan: "I have a lot of faith in these players. I have a lot of faith in this coaching staff. ... We'll have some players coming back (from injury) that will play critical roles for us. We ought to get better. Seventeen-game season, lets get this thing turned around and have a storybook ending to a rough start."

Prove it...bet your GM position on it

Hey Jerry, we suck, you suck....do something about it.

I couldn't even log onto my traditional live chat here this Sunday cause I knew what was going to happen.

Hire a GM and please don't leave it to Stephen cause that cheap dude will make us suck for the next 30 years.

Lol. He really was reminiscing about games that were 30 years ago. Someone tell him it's 2024 now and he has lead this team to the land of nowhere. This is a joke.

It will be a story book ending alright… try The Amityville Horror.

I'm surprised that the 105.3 The Coward guys could get through that interview without peeing down their legs in fear for their jobs.

Looks like Jerry got the station manager’s attention who then had a stern word to these guys. Too bad, they went from heroes to zeros in record time.

I would have lost my job the first interview because I would have told Jerry to go to hell for threatening me, then kicked him off the show. If my management gave me any crap over it I would quit on the spot. Nobody is talking to me like that, billionaire or not.

I think the publicity, and from being a local hero, would land me a job at The Ticket. Too bad they suck too, and are boring, but at least they aren't cowards.

Jerry should lead right before every question is asked with "I can have your jobs and replacements here within the hour!".

What else is he going to say? He is the reason these players and coaches are on the team.

I was honestly just about to comment on that.

I’m not local and couldn’t know. Maybe a regular listener can opine.

It honestly can’t be easy to choose between journalistic integrity and and a vindictive old man billionaire with a chip on his shoulder who won’t hesitate to attempt ruin your career.

I’d have a few choice words for Jerry but he also can’t threaten the ability to provide for my family.

Don't believe Jerry. Just ask yourself....."How does an NFC East rival, the Eagles have key guys paid and still compete?" Just ask yourself that. The owner/GM talking is selling BS to us.......again.
