Well, if you're fair, McCarthy delivered. They won 12 games. Maybe a 13th on Sunday. That will almost always have you playing at home in the postseason. The Eagles were just a tad better this year.
...no, we just gaffed little better. ;)..

I would rather face an old and deteriorating Tom Brady plus a depleting Bucs team at their stadium, than a pumped up and much better producing Aaron Rodgers and his Packers team in our stadium.

Jerry is looking at how to make more money by hosting a playoff game, instead of looking at which is the better route to take to best give his team a playoff winning chance.
The thing about the Bucs is they're actually getting healthy. Vita Vea is back, both starting tackles are back, Ryan Jensen is expected to be back and one report said they may put him at guard, so it's a toss up. Brady and Evans haven't been able to connect much this year until this past game, but if they get back on track, plus Brady having more time to throw. It's gonna be tough

Understood. The same goes for the Packers. They are getting healthy and really lighting things up lately. If I had to pick between Brady and Rodgers to face in the playoffs, I would choose Brady because of his age and immobility. Rodgers is looking like a young Rodgers and is able to scramble, unlike Brady.

Agreed, it's actually kinda surprising how mobile Rodgers still is given his age

Well because you do not have inside pass rush and cannot stop the run, you will not have a home playoff game. Greenbay ended that Jerry Dumbo GM Jones. Go draft and sign some impact DTs.

Now the Arlington Jonesboys fans are hoping and praying again for someone else to help them. Dallas Cowboys earn playoff berths to Super Bowls/Championship Games and do not care if its at home (1971, 1977, 1993, 1995) or on the road (1967, 70, 72, 75, 78, 80, 92).

Jerry is all about putting money in his pocket. It should not matter home or away....WIN and you are IN. How did that home field advantage work 2007, 2016, and last year. Focus on winning any and everywhere.

Our home playoff record isn’t anything to write home about in recent years but at least it’s better than our road playoff record which stands at 0-8 since 1992.

I seem to have a vague recollection of us winning either two or three playoff games at home in the last 25 years. Let me see if I have this right? I recall beating Philly to end the season and then again at home in a playoff game. I recall beating Detroit in large part due to some horrible refereeing that went against Detroit (lol). And, we beat Seattle and Wilson at home one playoff game I believe. Is that right or is my memory not serving me well? I'm still suffering from pain from the GB playoff game road loss. Who could forget that garbage game?

We beat Seattle, but mainly because their kicker got hurt. Lol

So, one legit win hosting Philly. Two asterisk wins versus the others.

1 legit home playoff win in last 25 years.

Judgement rendered!

I'm kidding! I kid you! We win and lose in spite of injuries and refs! I kid! I kid!

He probably could have had a home playoff game if he opened his wallet during the season an obtained a FA or two that had game changing talent, but no he has pretty much sat on his butt and watched the Eagle's GM work a little magic and that is why this club is where they are today.

Giants are resting their guys, don’t be Kobe anything else.

Rest your starters against Washington
