Jerry is right and thinking straight right now. No way do you fire a head coach this early in the season when the team is still in 1st place of the division. He does need to give them all an earful though, then encourage them to turn it around while they can.
Hope everyone reads this. Jones will back Garrett as long as the team competes and does not fall into a six or seven loss streak. It should be notable the team has only 'brought it' in the second half the last two games and three of six/seven losses are in the bag...
Jerry has become emtionally unstable in his old age, his emotional ties to Garrett are preventing him from doing what is right, the only chance we as fans have is if his son can find a way to talk sense to him and explain to him that this is a dead end and the whole world knows it. It's time to move on from this and open the doors to a new day.
