It’s hard to believe Jourdan Lewis has been with the
Dallas Cowboys for eight seasons. The former third-round pick out of Michigan was selected by the Cowboys at No. 92 overall in the 2017 NFL draft. In his rookie season he played alongside players such as Chidobe Auwuzie, Byron Jones, Jeff Heath and Orlando Scandrick in the secondary. He outlasted them all.
During his time in Dallas, Lewis has survived four defensive coordinators (Rod Marinelli, Mike Nolan, Dan Quinn, Mike Zimmer), has signed two free-agent contracts, powered through near countless injuries and did it all with grit and determination.
The 29-year-old is coming off his best season as a pro.

C'mon now, Pro Bowl the previous season. And Lawrence and Parsons were rated the top pair in the NFL, before they were both injured.
