Jerry has done more to hurt his imagine in 2 weeks than he had in the previous 35 years combined.

It’s just bad press after bad press. It’s bad answer after bad answer.

His imagine was bad anyways, but the past two weeks have doubled the badness of it.

...well, he's got a point. Football is more mental than anything. If players buy into that, then yes, its going to linger.

What he doesn't see or understand. The media is all over Dallas. Its like the players cant find a place to dwell in, where they wont be bothered.

That can be problem.

This time he's right. Tours shouldn't impact players.

But when you're in a **** hole, then you should try everything to get out of it. Even the little things you usually wouldn't do when things are working out.

So with that being said I think this shouldn't even be an issue. But at the moment we are a total circus and one can only guess what the impact on the overall performance might be.

It’s a little silly. I mean these dudes are NFL players. Every where they go people are looking at them. Dinner, store, etc. That’s the life of being famous.
You're probably right if you look the tours alone. Now tack on helicopters landing on the practice field and all the distracting stuff going on on the field before the game and it would be possible that players are negatively effected by all the distractions. Plus, we don't even know half of the other distractions Jerry's three circus brings on a daily basis.

His sthick as "affable rich hillbilly"( love to real hillbillies) has worn thin.

Now he's just seen as an inept owner posing as a GM

I don't know the full context of the tours to have a strong opinion either way...depending on the frequency and what all fans have access to I could see a problem. If guys are being watched during team meeting, receiving treatment, etc I can see that being an issue. What I will say though is that typically when a high volume of former employees are naming a similar complaint it should probably be evaluated and not just brushed off by the guy at the top.

He's right...imagine a big time college coach banning boosters from practices...
Boosters and a flood of people from 9-5 (or whatever the hours) are two different things. I'd imagine the latter has vastly more people up close and personal than the boosters which would definitely be more distracting imo.

It's practice or working out. Should be private period point blank. But I digress it's Jerry's circus so you wanna play in Dallas you gotta be a zoo monkey even in those two situations as well. But all else is not private, dinner, store, etc. So I agree with some of your post.
