Says with the new stadium he is most proud of the entrances and the video board. Team-wise he is glad we were able to create good depth along the o-line and figure out the wide receiver situation after losing Terrell Owens.

Yeah right.

So how did we "create" good depth on the OL?

Bring back the same garbage players we had last year and then convince ourselves that they are actually better than we thought now?

To think, some view this man as a competent General Manager.

I don't see the depth on the offensive line. It's easily the weakest part of this team, imo.

Holland can play in a pinch, but he's average at best.

McQuistan is terrible, and he can't play, imo.

Free may be improved, but I'd still draft two LTs high next year. Free may not be a future starter, and they better cover themselves at that position. I'm not sold on Free as a starter. He's never played in a real game, too.

Proctor is bloody terrible. Good bye running game and Romo gets killed if he plays like he did last year, and that includes center.

I hope that new guy makes Proctor null and void and soon.

The Titans put in their backup center, and he got the job done. The Cowboys put Proctor in, and it gets ugly.

I think Holland is good depth at guard. And once Preston knows the line calls, I think he'll suffice asa backup center. McQ as we know isn't acceptable, but Free has been OK for the most part. So is the depth on the o-line better than last year at this point?

The answer is a resounding yes.

Is it perfect depth? No. I wish the tackle position was a little more solid, but it's better than it has been in several years.

Preston and Ogletree must really be great players.

So the addition of one extra player in Preston makes it a "resounding yes"?

Otherwise, we have more of the same. And I don't see much from Free or McQuistan that indicates they are head and shoulders better than last season.

Preston-- Average at best.

Ogletree?

Keep an eye on that kid.

He went out and beat Nate Clements on several routes.

Ogletree can play. A lot of fast guys can run routes-- this kid seems to be a terrific route runner.

I saw Free play pretty well... Not consistently, but I don't view him as a car wreck either.

And I'll maintain that depth on the oline is better than its been in several seasons.

Plus, you need to include Holland in that. He's a lot more in tune with the offense this time around.

I think Ogletree is good, but people are going to be disappointed when he catches less than 5 receptions this year.

Jerry's talking about adding Preston and getting Free in place. He still thinks we could slide Davis to LT if we had to in a pinch, so getting an interior lineman who can play C and G gives us a lot more flexibility.

I don't agree with the idea that we've got depth at OL, but we do have a lot of players who can play multiple positions and give us options, at least.

This league must only have about 6 competent GMs I guess, if that's the standard.

We are better on the OL this year. But we are blessed with even adequate depth. Free is a question mark. McQ is a bigger ? mark. Proctor is very marginal at best. Holland is a ?. Preston is unknown to us but the staff has a better opinion there. He at the very least doesn't know the offense.

Adams isn't getting any younger. Our draft choice is a total unknown and injured with an injury that doesn't have to get totally well...ever. Our Pro Bowl RG is not a tackle. Our future Pro Bowl RT has bad wheels. Our Pro Bowl C is an Army adventure with snaps at times.

Does this picture not scare you into looking for help? Yesterday.

Apparently not. Good job leaving Phil Loadholt on the board...he's been starting for Minnesota since the word go.

Jerry also said Oklahoma was loaded at QB and wouldn't miss Bradford.

I just dont see how the "fifth WR" is going to even see the field very much aside from injuries. Dont forget about all the receiving options from the TE position and out of the backfield as well.

Guaranteed there will be packages that have him on the field. They will get him out there as long as he keeps making plays.
