Jimmy and the scouts choose the groceries. Jerry bought the team and hired Jimmy. If buying a team and hiring your college buddy to coach it means Jerry is primarily responsible for the SB wins, then Jerry.

To all of you Jerry Jones bashers and haters:

Show me another owner, of any sport, that is as passionately dedicated to winning as Jerry Jones.

Show me another owner whom past and present players consistently honor as one of, if not THE, classiest and most honorable figures in the NFL.

Show me another owner who CRIES when his wide receiver is selected into the Hall of Fame! Who cannot get thru a simple statement without breaking down and hugging the man.

For all of you people that insistently bash Jerry Jones at every opportunity, look no further than this.

You may not agree with every decision he has made. He is, after all, a human being that makes mistakes (as we all do).

But you cannot question his absolute dedication to this team and to his players and to winning. It defines him.

What else could you want in an owner of your Dallas Cowboys?

I totally agree. I am one of Jerry's loudest supporters and one of his loudest critics at the same time. For all of his goofy decisions he makes from time to time, the one quality that separates him from every other owner is his passion for winning. I sure wouldnt want any other owner.

Can I get back to criticizing Jerry now for entertaining the hiring of Norv?
