The TV contracts. Direct stadium marketing. Contributor to a football dynasty.
Jerry Jones belongs in the Hall. You simply cannot write football history for the past three decades and not mention Jerry as one of the most influential owners of this era.

I agree, but as a fan most of those things mean little to me. On the field, the results have been pedestrian for the better part of two decades. Hopefully, this season is the start of more success like the 90s.

Without the early success with Jimmy , Jerry would have been ran out of town with his record since.

I can certainly imagine a NFL or at least the Cowboys without Jerry. It's not like the Cowboys were his first choice anyway.

Without Jimmy no dynasty....those were my greatest years as a Cowboy fan after the 70s. Loved his teams, dominant in an era of great teams.

Well, if the owners aren't voting, then the issues he had at the owners meetings are irrelevant is what I mean.
Most of the Owners are on the HOF Board of Trustee including Jerry Jones...gives an inside track to selection?
From the names below,,,it appears Jerry Jones is a virtual lock for the HOF...

My 20 paragraph response would immediately send this thread to the Rant Zone so I am going to walk away after this.

I want to hear Jerry given an UNSCRIPTED induction speech.
